Honestly loved the cozy reception cafe area! ❤️ The room was spacious and clean, but it was a bit frustrating that no one cleaned it during our stay. Overall, a great experience.

I was supposed to stay in a Superior Queen room, and it exceeded all my expectations! The room was fine, featuring a design that separated the two queen beds, each with its own suspended TV set. The coffee/tea amenities and beautifully furnished shower room added a luxurious touch.

Le Littoral offered a spacious and clean Queen Room featuring modern amenities like a fridge and tea kettle, which enhanced our stay. The check-in process was quick, and the hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Old Quebec and Montmorency Falls, making sightseeing easy. The staff was pleasant and addressed our concerns promptly.

Unfortunately, our room was not serviced during our entire three-night stay. We expected better cleanliness and upkeep, but only received new towels and no other cleaning. Additionally, the hotel was not very accommodating regarding requests for more amenities like cups or mugs, which left us quite disappointed.

Great location near Montmorency Falls and Quebec City. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with modern amenities including a coffee/tea corner. Enjoyed the unique lighting and quiet atmosphere for a restful night. The restaurant nearby served delicious meals, making it convenient for dining options.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and had super comfy beds. It was nice to have a TV right in front of the bed for lazy movie nights. The early check-in was a win too. But, there wasn't any body lotion or shampoo, just a soap dispenser. Kind of odd for a place that offers spa services. Still, it was clean overall. Oh, and no elevator, so be ready for some stairs if you're on a higher floor.

However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I was disappointed to find that no room service was provided without an additional fee. Additionally, the location was farther from main attractions than advertised, which made getting around inconvenient.
